The house with its large garden is located in a nice, quiet village near Barban (8 km), only 13 km from the beautiful pebble beach with a bar in Rakalj, and 20 km from Pula.   Nearby there are restaurants and pizzerias with delicious food.   The house is attached to the side of the neighboring house, has a large yard in front of the house, a garage, external storage and a fireplace behind the house.   It consists of a room on the ground floor (13 m2),  room in the attic (32 m2),  living room (17 m2),  bathroom (6 m2), an entrance hall (15 m2),  kitchen with a dining room (17 m2) and external storage (11.4 m2).   In the garden of the house there is a garage with storage and a space with a fireplace (32 m2).   Although the house needs to be renovated, it can be temporarily occupied.
