Istria, Barban, On the edge of a small town, surrounded by nature and absolute peace, there is this rustic stone villa with a swimming pool, renovated in 2014. A lot of time and effort was invested in modernizing the villa. Only selected high-quality materials were used, such as high-quality real stone and solid wood. During the renovation, the owner preserved and restored many original details and elements that are 50 years old. All the furniture is massive, made of real wood. The kitchen has high-quality electrical appliances. Only high-quality materials and modern equipment from renowned European manufacturers were used for construction. It is important to emphasize that this is the first eco-house in Croatia that won the first prize at the European competition in the "Green Holiday Homes" category in 2018!!! Solar panels on the roof - a private power plant for the production of own electricity, which is why running costs are very low (100 euros for a whole year of electricity in 2021!!) The villa is on two floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace, a kitchen with a dining room and a bathroom, on the first floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. There is also a balcony. Floor heating is installed throughout the house, except for the part of the living room where there are original, historic tiles. In the fenced yard there is a swimming pool with a gravel technique, surface area 24 m², a sunbathing terrace, a covered terrace with a nice fireplace, an outbuilding with a boiler room and a storage room.
