The municipality of Gračišće is located in the eastern part of central Istria, 8 km from Pazin. It covers 60 km2 and has 1,500 inhabitants. Gračišće is a medieval town rich in history and culture. 2000 years ago, the ancient Gauls gave it the name Gallignan. At the turn of the 6th to the 7th century, Slavs began to immigrate to Istria and renamed Gallignana to Gračišće. In written monuments, Gračišće was mentioned for the first time in 1199. We are selling this beautiful renovated house from 1949 in that small, nice municipality. The house was built of river stone during the Second World War and has preserved its beautifully preserved stone walls to this day. The house is designed as a one-story building. There is an apartment in Roh Bau on the ground floor, and a move-in apartment on the first floor. The apartment on the ground floor consists of a kitchen and a living room, a bathroom and two bedrooms.
