Gračišće is the center of the municipality of the same name in an area with about 1,500 inhabitants. One of the striking peculiarities of Gračišće is its urban structure: the division of the once walled city into quarters, each of which has its own square with a church. - In this old town center there is a house in a row with a total area of 103 m2 for adaptation. The house extends through the ground floor and the first floor. The ground floor has an entrance hall, living room, kitchen and bathroom. The external stairs lead to the upper floor, where there are two bedrooms and a smaller hallway. In one of the rooms there is an opening leading to the attic, which served as a storage room.
