Description
ISTRIA, POREČ - Two-room apartment in a new building only 800 m from the sea!
Poreč is a city and a popular tourist destination in the County of Istria in Croatia. It is located on the west coast of Istria in a port protected from the sea and waves by the islet of Sveti Nikola. The old town and the historic core of the town is located on the peninsula, while the newer part of the town, as well as hotel and tourist complexes are located along the coast north and south of the old town. It is the second largest city in Istria after Pula, with about 17,000 inhabitants. Poreč has been inhabited since ancient times, and in the 2nd century BC a Roman castrum was built on the peninsula, and later it acquired the status of a city and was surrounded by walls. After the fall of the Roman Empire, Poreč came under Byzantine rule, and in the 6th century the imposing double Euphrasius Basilica was built, which was named after the then bishop Euphrasius. Today, the basilica is included in the UNESCO list of world cultural heritage as the only completely preserved monument from that time in the world.
Right here, one of the latest projects of the construction of a new residential area is being launched, just 800 m from the sea, beautiful beaches and the historic center of the city, with a total of 30 elite apartments on four floors with apartment areas from 50 m2 to 150 m2, parking space in the garage (25) or next to the building (5) and a storage room for most of the apartments on offer.
