Description: Poreč is one of the most visited tourist centers in Croatia, and one of its oldest cities. Archaeological finds show that the area of the core of Poreč was very likely inhabited as early as the Neolithic Age. The first Roman settlement was established in the 2nd century BC and developed into the old Roman core of Poreč, with the famous Decumanus Maximus street.
The old part of Poreč is permeated with the remains of antiquity and beautified by the architecture of later ages. It is precisely this rich historical charm that is the main tourist asset of this Istrian town, but certainly not the only one. In addition to history, Poreč offers many options for a great time in nature, beautiful beaches and an irreplaceable gastronomic offer.
Right in Poreč, just 800 m from the beautiful beaches and the old town, this new project with a total of 30 elite apartments spread over four floors is located.
