It allows us to solve the heating and cooling several hours before arriving at the apartment via mobile phone. We can also enter the apartment using a code or classic key. The apartment has: a bedroom, a living room with a balcony and a jacuzzi tub, a hallway, a kitchen and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. In the garden, which can only be accessed with the code to open the iron gates at the signal, two covered parking spaces await us, which are protected daily by a surveillance camera, as well as the surrounding area of the villa. Upon entering the property, we can immediately enjoy the sea view on one of the landscaped green lawns of the terraces, which are taken care of by the gardener of the villa. The apartment has two landscaped lawns with an area of approx. 150 m2. Just by passing through the park-like yard, twenty steps separate us from exiting the yard to the first beach by the sea. Here, on the adjacent lawn terrace, we can enjoy greenery, peace, away from the view of bathers, inhale the smell of the sea and listen to the sound of the sea and waves.
