This facility, conceived as a hotel, would contain 6 larger and 48 smaller units, which means a total of 54 units for guests, and all of this is divided into two buildings. The larger units are approximately 36m2, contain a living room with a small kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom, while the smaller units are approximately 20m2, designed like a studio. In the basement of the larger building, there are common rooms such as the reception, gym, community room, self-service laundry, and there are rooms for employees such as dressing rooms, toilets and kitchen. The rest of both buildings are divided into accommodation units and various storages. A company has been opened for this project, through which construction was obtained, all contributions have been paid and everything is ready to start implementation and construction.
