ISTRIA, PAZIN - Attractive land for tourist purposes only offered by our agency! Lindar is located three kilometers southeast of Pazin, in a strategic position on top of a hill. It has been mentioned since 1283, when the Poreč bishop Bonifacije handed over the mill under Lindar to the Principality of Pazin. The remains of two semicircular towers and walls from the Middle Ages are still visible. From the Lindar vantage point, the defenders observed many stormy events that took place in the valley below them. As we approach Pazin from the north-east along the road through the Pazinčica valley, we will see in front of us on the top of the hill the bell tower of Lindar peeking out of the dense forest as if watching us. Such a prominent sentry position is certainly one of the main reasons for the creation of Lindar, once a fortress surrounded by strong walls and towers that guarded the approach to Pazin Castle, from which it is only 2.5 kilometers away. For the same reason, antiquities researchers claim that there must have been a prehistoric settlement in the same place, but to this day they have not found solid material evidence, except for a fragment of pottery and a fragment of some iron object on the neighboring peak where the Lindar cemetery is located today.   In the village of Lindar, not far from the center of Pazin, there is this building plot with a total area of 6143 m² and the price is €70/m2. It is located in the zone T1, T2, T3, which means that it has the possibility of building a tourist resort (hotel, vacation villa), and accompanying commercial, service, catering, sports and recreational facilities. The permitted number of floors of the building is Po+P+1+Pk (one underground + three above-ground floors).
