This agricultural land is located in Morkan, an area on the southern side of the island of Korčula, near the bay of Prižba.

The land is suitable for growing vines and olives.

A conceptual project has been drawn up and the construction of the villa, which will be completely integrated into nature on an area of 31,729 m2, will begin.

The plot has vehicular and pedestrian access from the south side. The terrain is inclined in the north-south direction.

The villa will consist of an entrance porch, i.e. an entrance area, a hallway, a toilet, a laundry room, a service room and two bedrooms with their own bathroom and wardrobe, a spacious living room, a kitchen and a dining room with access to a covered terrace, a sun deck, and an outdoor pool. and will have three parking spaces. Korčula is a favorite destination for guests looking for a vacation property. What makes it so attractive is certainly its rich history, diverse culture, numerous vineyards, olive groves and small autochthonous villages.

The island of Korčula is the sixth largest Adriatic island with a length of almost 47 km. Quiet coves and small sandy beaches with emerald-colored sea on the southern side of the island attract diving enthusiasts, while the northern coast is flatter and pebbly.
