Location of the house: This lovely semi-detached house is located on the edge of a small quiet place in the vicinity of Poreč, it is only 1.1 km from the sea and 10 km from the city of Poreč. The town has a good infrastructure with supermarkets and restaurants. There are mostly private holiday homes in the neighborhood. Layout of rooms: The house consists of a ground floor and a first floor. On the ground floor there is an entrance hall, an open living room with kitchen and dining area, one bedroom and a storage room.
