On 16 and 17 December, verified construction companies and real estate agencies from 10+ countries will gather at the Metropol Palace Hotel in Belgrade. Visitors will be presented with over 10 thousand properties from Montenegro, Portugal, Turkey, Greece, Georgia, Spain, Italy, North Cyprus, Cyprus and other countries.
Visitors will be able to buy a new residential property for personal use or purchase it for further renting out, invest in a promising project or commercial property. Everyone will receive advice on taxes, mortgage conditions, residence permits and obtaining citizenship through investments. 
Visitors will also get special conditions for buying property: additional opportunities from agencies, individual offers from construction companies, as well as full legal support when concluding a contract.
